   Wonogiri as known as Cassava City, is city that still have a lot traditional Culture and art, which a lot of people still do it until now, both Beaury and Mystical still decorated the city. A lot people on here 70 % still depend their life on farming, and the rest people work on government institution. This places also still have a natural environment, because around the city stil didn't have much company that using chemical content of production. If you are looking for Cassava. You are lucky. Because much people when summer come farming the Cassava. Cassava from Wonogiri is popular. Around the regency like, Solo, Klaten and the other town that close with Wonogiri is really excited, when the time of Harvest come. A lot people here are friendly and welcome, so don't worry if you want to ask something. Just ask. haha.. If you are really enthusiastic with this. Just come and i will bring you to many places around the Regency.

1. Sendang Siwani 

Located in Selogiri, Wonogiri ( In front of my house.. haha ) is historical place and also being an Cultural place on Wonogiri and Central Java. Story begins when Dutch Invaders attack wonogiri on approximately more than 250 years ago. Indigenous people try to protect they place. But, with modern arms that Dutch have. Finally they lose. But, one of Indigenous people that is Raden Mas Said, try to fight Dutch Invaders. Almost lose, Raden Mas Said look on Buffalo that drink on Sendang ( Place like Well, but not deep ) When the buffalo fight. The Buffalo always win. So, Raden Mas Said try it and Finally He can Win over Dutch Invaders. And Right now this place become Tourist Destination. Commonly from Local Tourist. If you wanna see inside. you can visit me ( If you are foreign Tourist ) but if you are Local tourist, You can directly go to Sendang Siwani. 2. Hills of Hang Gliding

Located in Sendang village or 2 km on Main city. Is the best place, if you want spend your time hangout with your friend and family. You can see all city with this view. Beautiful scenery on afternoon, and usually this place is used for Paragliding place, If you want to try it. You can here ! usually much people come on holiday or when afternoon came. You also can see Sunset on this place perfectly. My friends tell me that place is outstanding and Gorgeous and also Womderful. Want to see ? 

3. Gajah Mungkur Reservoir

Located not far from Main town, this pkace being a popular Destination for much people from young until old Generations. Their loved it. This Reservoir itself have more than 8000 Hectare. This story behind the Reservoir is also Interesting. Begin with trouble of floating on Solo Regency in 1970, Presidenr at that time Soeharto. Have planned to end this float. So, Him as president make a deal with Japan. to make a Big Reservoir. about more than 9000 people have been affected and moved (Transmigration) to the Borneo and Sumatra island, So until now, around the Solo regency only 10 % chances being float when Rainy season came. This Reservoir also provide all facilities for people. Like Waterboom, family tourist attraction and also place for fishing. and be the first to enjoy a greatness on this Unique Reservoir.

4. Alas Kethu

Alas Kethu ( Alas is Javanese Language that means "Forest" ) or Kethu Forest is an forest that be A Lungs of Wonogiri. with natural environment and a lot of big trees, it will make you comfort. Do you want to see all things of the forest ? Feel free to come and Gain the experience of Natural Forest inside the Regency. The forest itself located on 3 km of Major Regency. this place also be a place for photograph, because inside of the forest have artistic view for photograph. Just come and see the beautifulness of the natural forest.

5. Indonesian Wayang Museum

Wayang ( Like Puppet, but originally from Indonesia ) is traditional culture heritage, which consist of a lot figure with different personalities that describe Human attitude. Located in Wuryantoro, Wonogiri. This place is the right place for you to see a lot of wayang collections. almost 200 Wayang is available. This wayang from many places in Indonesia and Commonly from around Java Island. If you want to know ? This place is the right place for you.

6. Nampu Beach

The next is beach, Nampu beach is located on Paranggupito Region, almost 20 km from Main town, yap, it is far from town. But this beautiful view will pay your long journey. Enjoy the blue water and natural environment around the beach, Much people also like to visit this beach, and this is also Hidden place that not much Foreign tourist know about this. Hope you be the first to enjoy this natural beach.

7. Sembukan Beach

The last destunation is Sembukan Beach, this beach not only usual beach. But, it is special beach. Why i say like that ? Because around the beach have natural content, that you won't see like this on many beach. Located on Paranggupito region, this place is the right place for you to spend the time. On here you also can climb, don't worry that one already have the road for climb. haha... so you can see full beautiful view on the top of cliff. and for enter this place you only pay Rp. 2000 or only 0.2 US$, it's really cheap didn't you ?
