How to make Nasi Goreng ( Indonesian Food )

    Hello Everyone ! Roy & Ryo Blogs comeback, and right now is... ENGLISH POST. haha.. this blog will make post about English articles today, and will be held every Monday, Thursday and Saturday,,, so hope you stay tuned here on Monday, Thursday and also Saturday to read new english post, Okay ? and if you are Indonesian. Don't worry, i will make standard post. everyday i will post Indonesian articles. haha, and right now, i will bring some cool post today, It is about Indonesian food. Yes, as you seen on left picture there. It's Nasi Goreng. If you ever go to Indonesia. you should know it right ? so, what is Nasi Goreng ?


   Nasi Goreng is Traditional Indonesian food , in english it means " Fried Rice ". So, if you still in Indonesia and didn't want to buy ( If youa are a Chef ) or already back on your country and you loved to eat Nasi Goreng again. Don't Woried. Here i will bring you a recipe. so you can make it on your home easily and i will quarranteed if you follow the guide below correctly your own make wouldn't different with Real taste. or it's means DELICIOUS. haha...

   So, Bring it On ! Here some ingredients you Must prepared :

1. 1 Plate of White Rice ( Main Ingredient ) tips : If, It is one Family, better you prepare 4 Plate so it's fit with it. And all ingredients adjust depend on Rice. but here i am only tell you how to make One serving of Fried Rice.
2. 1 Egg
3, 3 Cloves Garlic
4. 1 Tablespoon ( Tbsp ) Ketchup
5. 1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
6. 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
7. 1 Leek, Already Sliced
8. Salt to taste, Flavoring, and Pepper
9. Oil to taste for Frying
10. Chicken and Shrimp for Compliment.

   Already have all the Ingredients ? It means you are ready. and on the next step i will tell you how to make it. See below :

1. Finely Chopped The Garlic
2. Sliced Scallions, and then Set Aside
3. Fried the Egg, And Set Aside again
4. Heat the Oil
5. Saute Garlic until Fragrant
6. Enter Scallions and then Stir well
7. After Average, Enter White Rice, Tomato Sauce, Fish Sauce, Salt, Pepper, and Flavoring.
8. Stir until All ingredient mixed
9. Add Sesame Oil
10. Stir Briefly ( Using High Heat on your Stove ) Tips : 20 Seconds is Average time
11. Your Fried Rice ready to Serve.

   How the taste ? Good ? It means you Success making your own Fried Rice.
