What is Monsters Card, Magic Card, And Trap Card ?

Before game is playing. You must know what features inside of this game. For you that already known this game, you can skip this Tutorial. And for you that want to know more of This Yugioh The Duelists of The Roses game. Let we introduce the intro.

First you must prepare your whole decks. It is important. Because it will decide your play and think about your strategy. There are 3 types of Card. Monsters, Magic, and Trap. Each of that type had it's own function. The first is Monsters. Using this Monsters to attack the other monsters ( Your Opponent Monsters ). There are also have the rules for summoning the monster.

Monster that have 1 until 4 stars. You can direct Summoning without Sacrifice any monsters. 5 until 6 Stars of one monsters, you must sacrifice one monsters on arena.

If you didn't any monsters you can't summon this monsters directly. And the last, Monsters that have 7 until 12 Stars on it. You need to sacrifice 2 monsters to Special Summon it. Already know about it ? This one is also a new features for PlayStation 2. If you ever playing Yugioh on PlayStation 1. You can summon any monsters without sacrifice another monsters.

On this monsters that are divided into 2 type of monsters. There are Normal Monsters and Effect Monsters. Normal Monsters as same as it's name, This monsters didn't have any effect on it. So, you can attack without think the risk. Usually this card is shown in Light Yellow color. Different with Effect Monsters, Each of Effect Monsters had it's own abilities.

They can add some attack power. or can ressurect it same type monsters and much more. Be careful if you attack this monsters. Because it will make you surprise with that effect. We're Done with Monster card. Now we moved on Magic Card. This card is also important card you must have each time you fight with any other Duelists.

This Card, usually have Attack And Defend Increase Power. For knowing more. You can read the Description of the card effect. Usually this card can activate BEFORE enemy attack. Because it's type of Indirect cards. You must have a good strategies for activating this effect.

The last we will talk about Trap card. As same with the name of the card. This card have fully Trap on it. This cards will be have more important to resist enemy attack.

And also very good for Defensive strategies. This card could be activating when your opponent attack at the same time, You can open this card. But, before it. You must set that monsters on Battlefield.

Gameplay

Game Started on Battlefield. You can Summon The type Monsters on the first Column. You can summon up to 5 Monsters on Battlefield. And for The Second Column is for Trap and Magic Card. Up to 5 Cards. For Starting the game.

Each Duelists will have 5 Monsters on their hand. Each Turn, You can add 1 Cards from your deck to your hand ( Excluding if there have Magic or trap card that have effect to get the card from deck ). You can Summon the Monsters with Cover or Uncover the Monsters, This is one strategy for you to making a good trick to your opponent.

If you Cover the Monster ( Usually known as Set Card ) that will blind your opponent. Because he didn't know what card that you Set. Vice versa with Uncover card. Your opponent can knowing your card, Usually Set Card strategies is used because that monsters have more Defense points on it than Attack points. or you can use this strategies to Flip your card.

There are several effect cards that can perform it's card when it's indirect flip. That is by your opponent attack. Already know about that Guys ? Okay, Each Duelists will be given the Life Points.

Usually this Life points started on 4000 LP ( Life Points ) This game is over, When each of you or your opponent reach 0 Life Points. Players that reach 0 Life Points will lose the game.
